KARACHI, Jan 31: Sindh Minister for Law and Criminal Prosecution Mohammad Ayaz Soomro has said that interviews for the recruitment of deputy district attorneys for Karachi division will be held on Feb 6.

Talking to a delegation at his office on Saturday, he said that all appointments would be strictly made on a merit basis. He said that interviews for fresh recruitment of deputy district attorneys had already commenced in some districts of the province.

The interviews to fill vacant posts of deputy district attorneys in Karachi division, which were earlier postponed, would be held at the office of the solicitor on February 6, he said.

The minister said that the previous governments rendered many people jobless.—PPI
