Sixth polio case in Hafizabad

HAFIZABAD, Oct 30: Another polio case, sixth so far, was confirmed here by health department on Thursday.

Reports said the latest victim of the crippling disease is a six-month-old girl, Shireen Zohra, of Thatha Matmal kheroo village.

The girl was declared polio patient by District Health Officer Dr Muhammad Mumtaz.

Five children have so far been diagnosed with the virus by DHQ hospital Medical Superintendent Dr Muhammad Aslam in the district.
