Qureshi due in New York on 9th

UNITED NATIONS, July 1: Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi is due here on July 9 for a brief visit during which he will urge UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon to take a quick decision on Pakistan’s request to hold investigation into the assassination of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto.

Informed sources told Dawn on Tuesday that Mr Qureshi would also meet ambassadors of some important countries.—Correspondent
