HYDERABAD, June 26: DCO Ali Ahmed Lund has said that district government has decided to establish a call centre at Civic Centre Hyderabad with a view to addressing maximum number of public complaints against different departments of the district and also to get feedback from people to ensure qualitative development works.

He said this while presiding over a meeting to discuss modalities to establish the call centre at his office on Wednesday.

The DCO said that district nazim Hyderabad Kanwar Naveed Jameel was keen to establish the call centre within a few days of time so that the people of Hyderabad could lodge their complaints through phone calls or emails about different departments of the district.

He directed Mr Mohsin Jafri who has been nominated as the manager of the call centre to ensure provision of the Internet connection in every department of district government within two days.
