KARACHI, April 26: The registrar, High Court of Sindh, has notified revised pecuniary jurisdiction of civil judges in Sindh in Original Civil Suits as under:
Senior civil judges exercising jurisdiction in original suits on proceedings wherein the subject matter in amount or value does not exceed Rs3,000,000.
Civil judges (Class-II) jurisdiction in original suits on proceedings wherein the subject matter in amount of value does not exceed Rs100,000.
Civil judges (Class-III) exercising jurisdiction in original suits on proceeding wherein the subject matter in amount or value does not exceed Rs50,000.—PPI
