KARACHI: Amir’s appeal

KARACHI, April 16: An appellate bench of the Sindh High Court comprising Justice Qaiser Iqbal and Justice Syed Mahmood Alam Rizvi on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of an appeal filed by the chief of Muhajir Quami Movement-Haqiqi till April 18.

The appellant, Amir Khan, challenged the sentence awarded to him in a case pertaining to the killing of two activists of rival faction of the MQM on a by-election day. —APP
