KARACHI, April 3: Chairman of the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) Brig (retd) Saleem Ahmed Moeen, taking notice of growing complaints against the Swift Registration Centres, directed the regional headquarters to take disciplinary action against the staff asking customers for unnecessary documents and indulging in misbehaviour with applicants.

He asked the staff at these centres to improve their communication with applicants and avoid compelling them to visit the centres again and again. He said every citizen coming to the centre should be considered a VIP and treated accordingly.—APP
