SANGHAR: 40 houses gutted

SANGHAR, April 2: More than 40 houses were gutted and 50 buffaloes and cows burnt alive in Mir Mohammad Mayothi village near Kandiari on Wednesday.

The villagers whose houses were destroyed by fire said that they were away from their houses harvesting wheat in the fields when they saw huge flames and thick clouds of smoke rising in the direction of their homes.—BoC
