ABBOTTABAD, March 5: The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) police arrested two people impersonating themselves as National Accountability Bureau (NAB) officials and recovered the amount they had allegedly taken from a forest guard as bribe here Wednesday.

CIA Inspector Abbottabad Qamar Hayat said that Mohammad Faheem son of Fazal Dad resident of Nagri Bala, Abbottabad and Zubair Hussain son of Iftikhar Hussain, resident of Qaziabad, Mardan were found involved in harassing government employees by impersonating themselves as officials of the NAB.

The accused demanded Rs20,000 from Mohammad Yousaf, a forest guard, at Kalabagh in Galyat area as bribe. Yousaf told the CIA officials about the incident.

The forest guard, as planned with the CIA officials, paid the impersonators marked currency notes.
