HYDERABAD, Feb 25: The Pakistan People’s Party is not satisfied with the Scotland Yard’s report about the assassination of PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto and the United Nations must be requested to conduct the inquiry into her death anew, according to Hakim Ali Zardari.

He was talking to newsmen at Ghulam Qadir Mari village, near Tando Allahyar, on Monday.

Terming Ms Bhutto’s death an irreparable national loss, he said that all democratic forces would have to work together to complete her mission.

Answering a question about the inclusion of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) in the Sindh government and allowing PML-Q candidates to join the PPP, he said that only the high command of the Pakistan People’s Party could take a decision on these issues.

He said that PPP activists had been victimized all over the country, including the Tando Allahyar district. He said the district nazims should have been disempowered during the elections.

He said he was seriously considering to retire from politics to give his family’s youth a chance to serve the nation.

Earlier, Abdul Sattar Bachani, Abdul Ghani Dars, Abdul Latif Mangrio and other local political leaders also called on Mr Zardari.

The sources said that the talks revolved around the tabling of a no-confidence motion against the district nazim and taluka nazim Chambar.
