LAHORE, Feb 6: Two matches were decided in the Punjab women’s basketball championship, which commenced on Wednesday at the Islamia College, Faisalabad.
The first match had home team Faisalabad outclassing Bahawalpur 39-4, after taking a 17-2 lead at half-time. In the second, after being locked at 9-9 at the end of the first half, Rawalpindi carved out a 19-13 win for itself against Dera Ghazi Khan.
