Two killed in accident

MIRPURKHAS, Nov 25: Two people died and four others were seriously injured when a passenger bus hit a rickshaw near 78 Mori late on Saturday night.

The deceased were identified as Khameso Bheel, 25, and Gulab Bheel, 26. Four others, Dodo, Purkho, Dharmo and Hero sustained injuries and were rushed to the Civil Hospital. Dilbar Maher police arrested the bus driver Mohammad Aqil.

Meanwhile, a man lost his life and nine others sustained injuries in two separate accidents near Umerkot on Sunday. Reports said that the driver of a pick-up lost control and the vehicle fell into a ditch on Umerkot-Chhore road.

Noor Chand died on the spot while seven others were injured and removed to Umerkot Civil Hospital. A victim was referred to a Hyderabad hospital.
