KARACHI: New VCs for KU, DUHS

KARACHI, Oct 30: Names of new vice-chancellors for the Karachi University (KU) and the Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) are expected to be finalised towards the end of the current week.

The Standing Search Committee for the appointment of the vice-chancellors is currently short-listing the candidates.

The tenures of the incumbent DUHS and KU vice-chancellors end in December and January next, respectively.

According to sources, the committee will finalise three names and forwarded them to the Governor of Sindh.—APP
