LONDON, March 19: Tiger Woods will aim to become the first player to retain The Players Championship when he tees off in golf’s unofficial ‘fifth’ major Thursday.
The world number one, fresh from his third successive victory at the Bay Hill Invitational Sunday, appears to be peaking in time for one of the strongest fields of the year.
