PESHAWAR, Sept 7: A meeting of the provincial bar associations would be held here on Sunday under the aegis of the Peshawar High Court Bar Association (PHCBA) to draw a future line of action under the present political situation.

PHCBA president Abdul Lateef Afridi sent out invitations to the presidents and general secretaries of all tehsil and district bar associations.

“After the lawyers’ successful struggle, we felt the need to join hands and consult each other about the prevailing situation and future course of action,” Mr Afridi said.—Bureau
