HYDERABAD, Aug 31: The Building Control Department HDA here on Friday notified that all the commercial and domestic buildings should be completed within the stipulated period and completion certificate must be obtained from the department which was mandatory under the Building Control Ordinance 1979/82.
It warned of action against violators.
