OKARA, July 14: Okara police have recovered three children kidnapped from Sahiwal and arrested an abductor. A police team was on routine patrolling when it found two children — Shahbaz and Shahzad — nine and five years old, respectively, weeping beside a road.

The information given by the two children led to the arrest of one abductor, later identified as Muhammad Shahbaz, resident of Kot Khadim Ali Shah, Sahiwal. Twelve-year-old Ali Murad, resident of Sahiwal, was also recovered at the time of his arrest. The child was allegedly sodomised by the abductor. The police were trying to contact parents of the recovered children at the time of the filing of this report.
