LAHORE, June 20: The 27th National Junior hockey championship, which was to start in Quetta from Monday, has been postponed for an indefinite period. “New dates for the championship will be announced later,” a Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) spokesman said.

The PHF however did not give any reason for the postponement.

Meanwhile, the All Pakistan Ghazi-i-Millat hockey tournament will commence at Rawalakot from Monday instead of Saturday, the spokesman said.—Sports Correspondent
