KARACHI, May 11: Additional Vice-Chairman of the Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) MPA Mohammad Moin Khan has expressed his annoyance over the slow pace of developmental work on the laying of the 33-inch dia water line for Lyari, and asked the officials concerned to ensure completion of the work within the stipulated time.

During his visit to the project site, he asked the consultant firm to ensure quality and maintain standards while accelerating the pace of work on the project, under which the 33-inch dia pipeline was being laid to supply six million gallon per day water to Lyari from the K-III project.

Mr Khan hoped that the work on the project would be completed in the next two months.
