KARACHI, April 17: Several leaders and workers of the Alliance for the Restoration of Democracy (ARD), Sindh, will observe a token hunger strike on Wednesday (April 18) to condemn filing of presidential reference against Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry.
The token hunger strike will be observed in front of the Karachi Press Club at 11:30am. Later, ARD leaders Mian Raza Rabbani, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Salim Zia, Zain Ansari and others will speak to the fasting activists.
