DADU: 10 houses gutted

DADU, April 16: A fire gutted 10 houses while three persons received burn injuries on Monday in Farooqabad village 12km from here. Five goats, 200 maunds of wheat, furniture and other valuables worth of Rs300,000 were also gutted.

Villagers extinguished the fire. Luqman, Waris and Sher Ali received burn injuries and were admitted to the local hospital. The cause of fire could not be ascertained. They complained that the fire brigade did not reach the spot despite being informed of the incident.
