KARACHI, April 15: Chairman of the Pakistan Homoeopathic Physicians Society Dr Syed Javed Hussain Shah has called for the appointment of homoeopathic doctors in all the CDGK-run hospitals.

In a statement issued here Sunday, Dr Javed Shah also called for nomination of members of National Council of Homoeopathy on the City Government’s health committee.

He said that maximum possible funds should be earmarked for homoeopathic system of medicines in the CDGK budget so that poor people across the city, including its backward areas, could benefit from this mode of treatment.

Dr Shah asserted that homoeo lady doctors should be inducted in the training courses of Sobhraj and other hospitals whereas space should be provided in the industrial zone to set up units for production of homoeopathic medicines.—APP
