KARACHI: Moon sighting

KARACHI, April 13: The predicted parameters for new moon of Rabi-us-Sani (1428 AH) show that the chances of sighting the new moon on April 18 in the country are very bright subject to clear weather conditions, says a release of Pakistan Space & Upper Atmosphere Research Commission on Friday.

The first of Rabi-us-Sani 1428 AH was expected on April 19, it added.—PPI
