KARACHI, April 5: Deputy Speaker Sindh Assembly Rahila Tiwana has termed the elimination of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto a tragedy in the world of politics as he was a great leader, not only for Pakistan but also for the third world.

Ms Tiwana, who was talking to a group of journalists in the Assembly building, regretted that the team which had founded the party and put the country on the road to progress, was forced to quit as a game of musical chairs had started.

Today, she said, the very people were office-bearers in the party who were nowhere during the period of trial and tribulation, while dedicated leadership had left the party and had now joined hands with the team of Gen Musharraf to change the destiny of the nation.
