KARACHI, April 5: A division bench of the High Court of Sindh comprising Justice Muhammad Afzal Soomro and Justice Rehmat Hussain Jaffery on Thursday granted interim-bail to co-accused in a NAB reference against former chief minister of Sindh Syed Abdullah Shah.

The petitioners, Noor Muhammad and Hassan Ali, are granted interim-bail on furnishing surety amounting to Rs500,000 on each count, till April 17.

The bench has also directed the petitioners to approach the respective trial courts for hearing of their cases. Both petitioners were co-accused in the references.—APP
