KARACHI, Feb 22: Three people were killed on Thursday in acts of violence in the city.

A 22-year-old ice dealer was killed allegedly by his employee in Kharadar.

Police said suspect Zahid Khan killed Shamsur Rehman with ice-prick and hid his body under the gunny bags inside the ice shop near Pani Building on the Machchi Miani Road.

They said the suspect, who hailed from Peshawar, killed his employer over a monetary dispute.

Body of a man, who was in his early 40s, was found in a box on the link road between National Highway and Super Highway.

Steel Town police shifted the body to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre where sources said the throat of the victim was slit apart.

Later the body was kept at Edhi Morgue as the victim remained unidentified.

Head and arms of a male were found wrapped in two shopping bags at a service road in Shah Latif Town police limits. The parts of the body were shifted to the JPMC and later were kept at the Edhi Morgue.
