KARACHI, Feb 18: Thousands of students visited Dawn’s Education Expo 2007 at Expo Centre on the second and final day of the exhibition on Sunday. They sought information about admissions in universities and colleges of their choice and the visa procedure of different foreign countries.

The students collected information about fees, scholarships, annual expenditures and job opportunities along with studies in various countries.

The representatives of over a hundred leading foreign and local universities and other educational institutions were surrounded by students seeking information. A student said such academic exhibitions should be a regular features in the city so students can acquire information at their doorstep.
