KARACHI, Jan 31: Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal Sindh President Asadullah Bhutto on Wednesday termed the surge in terrorist activities in the NWFP a conspiracy against the MMA leadership.

Addressing different public gatherings in Karachi, he said Pakistan despite playing the role of a frontline state in the 'so-called war against terror' was facing internal terrorism.

MMA leader charged rulers had put the survival of the country at stake due to their wrong policies. The recent terrorist activities in the NFWP were aimed at pressuring the MMA leadership to end its struggle against the dictators, he added.

Asadullah Bhutto criticised rulers’ policies like “amending Hudoodullah”, holding mixed marathon races, changing syllabus and razing mosques. He said MMA would oust the dictators with the help of the masses.
