He was talking to a delegation of 22 NWFP councillors, led by Naib Nazim of Batakhel Tehsil Shahab Hussain, who called on MMA leaders at the JI office, Idara Noor-i-Haq.

The councillors discussed the issues being faced by them in handling the job and sought guidance of Naimatullah Khan.

Mr Khan said that during his tenure, the city government made hectic efforts to make Karachi a city of peace and lights, but an ethnic group had been creating hurdles in they way.
