KARACHI, Jan 8: The Sindh High Court on Monday confirmed bail of a woman facing murder case. Syeda Sardar was accused of gunning down her husband Syed Zameer Hussain Shah Shamsi on July 2, 2006 in Larkana. The father of the deceased, Syed Khadim Hussain Shah, lodged an FIR against Syeda Sardar in Larkana.

Her counsel Syed Asadullah Shah Bukhari argued that witnesses presented in this case could not be trusted as they were nominated in a robbery case, pending in Sindh High Court and sought confirmation of bail of Syeda Sadar.
