KARACHI, Feb 16: Sindh Governor Mohammedmian Soomro has said that quality education is the right of every child of the state.

“Good and meaningful education must not be confined to a few schools only in certain areas of the city, but should be spread to be within the reach of each and every family”, the governor said while inaugurating Amna Mumtaz Happy Dale Campus Library in Nazimabad on Saturday.

Quality education, he pointed out, meant a balanced development of children’s mental, physical and spiritual facilities and of all God-given talents.

Such education can be promoted only by able and dedicated teachers supported by the government of course, which must always be there and available. Its benefits must be equally distributed. All our children are capable of high achievements.—APP
