PESHAWAR, Nov 21: Three employees of the Tribal Areas Electricity Supply Company who were kidnapped from a grid station in Jandola, Frontier Region Tank, on Sunday were set free on Tuesday, said a Tribal Areas Electricity Supply Company statement.

The Tribal Areas Electricity Supply Company statement said that a mob attacked the grid station last Sunday and kidnapped three workers, Inamullah, Shoaib and Syed Azhar, besides damaging power transformers.

The statement said that attacks on Tribal Areas Electricity Supply Company installations in the tribal area had caused unrest among the employees.

Tribal Areas Electricity Supply Company urged the political administration to take effective measures for the safety of the staff.
