KOHAT, Nov 12: The district health department has formed 426 mobile teams with the help of the WHO to vaccinate 166,000 children against polio during a three-day campaign starting Nov 14.

Briefing the DCO and other officials concerned, WHO representative Dr Kaleem said 80 area officers had been appointed to monitor the campaign.

Mr Mohmand said integrated efforts should be made to achieve 100 per cent target both in urban and rural areas. He gave an assurance that the district government would provide all facilities to the health department, including vehicles, security etc.

The meeting was attended by EDO, finance, Waheedur Rehman, EDO, agriculture, Mohammad Yousaf, and other officials.
