LAKKI MARWAT: Man killed by brother

LAKKI MARWAT, Oct 22: A man was killed allegedly by his brother over a land dispute in Wanda Seemo village on Sunday.

Police sources said Afzal and his son opened fire on Rahimdiul after an altercation over ownership of a plot of land.

Lakki police have registered a case.

TWO INJURED: Two people were injured in an exchange of fire between two groups in Zargran bazaar.

According to police, two groups led by Taj and Mobin opened fire on each other, creating panic the large number of people doing Eid shopping at weekly fair held on Sunday. Mobin and Imam Mohammad were injured.

They were taken to the Lakki city hospital.

Police and Frontier Constabulary personnel apprehended five people, including the two injured men, and seized weapons from them.
