KARACHI, Sept 20: A full bench of the Sindh High Court will take up the matter about granting remission to prisoners convicted in NAB cases. This was decided by a division bench comprising SHC Chief Justice Sabihuddin Ahmed and Justice Yasmeen Abbasey on Wednesday after hearing a application moved by 33 convicts in different cases of NAB.

The bench also appointed Advocate Mohammad Illyas Khan as amicus curiae to assist the court.

The application was filed by 33 prisoners from the Central Jail on April 17 before the chief justice, who converted it into a constitution petition.
