KARACHI, Aug 27: The governing body of Karachi Institute of Heart Diseases has unanimously decided to strictly enforce the administrative rules and regulation ensuring attendance of all medical and paramedical staff so that the hospital could be made one of the exemplary institutions of the country.

The governing body meeting, presided over by City Nazim Syed Mustafa Kamal and attended among others by Naib Nazim Nasreen Jalil, was held at the conference hall of the hospital on Saturday evening.

The meeting decided that the employees of the hospital would be fired if they did not ensure their presence at the hospital in duty timings.

It directed the hospital administration not to accept pressure from any quarter in administrative matters.—PPI
