KARACHI, Aug 24: Sindh Education Minister Dr Hamida Khuhro has directed the officials concerned to ensure speedy disbursement of textbooks.

She directed this while presiding over a meeting held to review the progress of distribution of textbooks, IT and other projects at her office here on Thursday.

She ordered to maintain transparency in the utilisation of funds meant for School Management Committees (SMCs).

Dr Khuhro reviewed the progress on IT project under which 206 sophisticated computer laboratories were being established in secondary and higher secondary schools throughout Sindh.—PPI
