He said that the people of KP, like the Pakistani nation, stood with the oppressed Kashmiri people.

Ms Bilour, while speaking to the media, also reaffirmed her unwavering support for the Kashmiris’ right to self-determination, stating that Oct 27, 1947, marked a dark chapter in their history when Indian forces entered and occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

She said the Kashmiri people had rendered immense sacrifices in their struggle for attaining the right to self-determination. Women, elders, and children had endured immense hardships and made unforgettable sacrifices, while Pakistan’s Armed Forces had also rendered sacrifices in this regard.

Carrying banners and placards inscribed with anti-India slogans, participants marched through roads and streets. They also raised slogans demanding the right to self-determination for Kashmiris.

The speakers denounced the revocation of Jammu and Kashmir’s special autonomous status by the Indian government, saying that Pakistan would continue its moral and diplomatic efforts for the rights of Kashmiris.
