Ayatollah Ka’bi, a senior Iranian cleric, says that the lasting national security does not merely mean the absence of war, ISNA reports.
“Military readiness alone does not guarantee lasting security; a country must be able to withstand economic uncertainty, infrastructure vulnerabilities, and the possibility of renewed conflict,” he said.
