KARACHI, July 25: Slow left-arm spinner Farhan Anwar grabbed six wickets for 38 runs as Zone-I Whites defeated Zone-VI Whites by four wickets at the TMC Stadium on Monday to reach the final of the KCCA Under-15 Inter-Zonal cricket tournament.

The final will be played between Zone-I Whites and Zone-V Whites at the KCCA Stadium on Wednesday.

Zone-VI Whites were bowled out for 122 in 45.3 overs. Right-arm leg-spinner Ayazuddin claimed three wickets for 51 runs.

The winners reached the target for the loss of six wickets in 47.3 overs.

Daniyal Mansoor scored unbeaten 32.

In the other semifinal at the KCCA Stadium, Zone-V Whites defeated Zone-II Whites by 35 runs as spinners Mohammad Waseem and Ammar Taimuri shared eight wickets.

Mohammad Ali Shah top scored with 47 with three boundaries as Zone-V Whites were all out for 134 in 45.3 overs.

Leg-spinner Kamran took four wickets for 32 runs and off-spinner Faisal Athar grabbed four wickets for 34.

Zone-II Whites in response, spun out for 99 in 32.4 overs.

Off- break bowler Mohammad Waseem picked up four wickets for 26 runs and left-arm spinner Ammar Taimuri got four wickets for 33 runs.
