ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s tennis community, corporate leaders, development partners and healthcare organisations gathered in Islamabad for the Rally 4 Her C-Level Leadership Meet to build collective support for cancer awareness and treatment and the development of women’s tennis in Pakistan.

The gathering brought together presidents, CEOs, senior corporate executives, heads of marketing and communications, healthcare representatives and development-sector leaders.

President Pakistan Tennis Federation Aisamul Haq Qureshi, who introduced Rally 4 Her, said it was a purpose-led campaign developed by 37°North that uses the platform of international women’s tennis to mobilise corporate and community support for two important causes.

According to organisers, 60pc of the funds raised through the campaign will support cancer awareness and treatment, while 40pc will be directed towards the development of women’s tennis in Pakistan.

According to a press release, Indus Hospital & Health Network and Pink Ribbon Pakistan joined Rally 4 Her as cause partners, bringing healthcare, cancer awareness and patient-support perspectives to the initiative.

Senior representatives from Unicef and the United Nations Information Centre (Unic) also participated in the event, reinforcing the importance of partnerships in advancing opportunities for women, health awareness and stronger communities.

The press release said Movenpick Hotel Islamabad supported the initiative as a key partner and host of the C-Level gathering, providing a space for leaders from across sectors to come together around the Rally 4 Her mission. Kitchen Cuisine is also supporting Rally 4 Her as a campaign partner, it added.
