UAE condemns Iranian attack on 2 oil vessels in Hormuz strait

The United Arab Emirates has condemned Iran, saying it had attacked two vessels linked to state-owned Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) while they passed through the Strait of Hormuz, AFP reports.

“The United Arab Emirates has strongly condemned and denounced the hostile Iranian attack that targeted two vessels affiliated with Adnoc as they transited the Strait of Hormuz, with no injuries reported,” the foreign ministry said in a statement.
