Mourners gathered at Tehran’s Grand Mosalla to pay their respects to Iran’s late supreme leader wave flags saying, “We will avenge.”

According to an Al Jazeera reporter on the ground, emotions are running high among mourners, with people chanting anti-American and anti-Israeli slogans, and calling for the assassination to be avenged.
