Minor boy drowns in water park

MIRPURKHAS: A five-year-old boy drowned at the Dolphin Water Park here on Wednesday.

According to reports, Shahzaib Bhatti had travelled to the water park from Samaro taluka with his family for recreation. While bathing in the pool, the child ventured into deep water and lost consciousness.

He was rushed to the emergency ward of the Civil Hospital Mirpurkhas. However, he passed away while receiving first aid.Following the completion of medico-legal formalities, the body was handed over to his family.
