Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has discussed the agreement between the United States and Iran during a phone call with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, according to the Foreign Office (FO).

“The two leaders welcomed the recent understandings reached between the United States and Iran and exchanged views on the forthcoming signing of the Memorandum of Understanding in Bürgenstock, Switzerland, on June 19, 2026,” the FO says in a post on X.

The two top diplomats also discussed preparations for the upcoming Regional Four Foreign Ministers’ meeting later this month, as well as their commitment to strengthening longstanding brotherly ties between Islamabad and Ankara.
