Israel has issued a forced evacuation order to residents of three villages in southern Lebanon, according to Al Jazeera.

These include Sarafand, a village in southern Lebanon located 10 kilometres south of Sidon by the Mediterranean Sea, as well as Tuffaha and Mazraat Sinai, both also in the Sidon district.

“To ensure your safety, you must evacuate your homes immediately and move north of the Zahrani River,” the army’s Arabic language spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, says in a post on X.

He warns that “anyone present near Hezbollah elements, their facilities, and their combat means is endangering their life!”
