TOBA TEK SINGH: Two suspects whose video had gone viral as they were harassing a girl in the Bilal Nagar area of Faisalabad lost their legs in an alleged accident during the police chase.

Faisalabad CPO Tanveer Hussain had taken notice of a viral video on social media in which a group of mischievous boys was seen harassing a girl, using abusive language and doing indecent acts in Bilal Nagar.

On his direction, police booked two nominated and as many unidentified boys on the complainant of the victim, Samar Fatima.

A police party, led by SHO Batala Colony Zaheer Akhtar, raided Bilal Nagar to arrest the suspects, Hasnain and Jabbar, who, on seeing the approaching police, immediately fled on a motorcycle. Police started chasing them and they lost their balance on the motorcycle due to high speed near Ganda Khoh Chowk and it hit an electric pole. As a result of the crash, the legs of both suspects broke. They were arrested and sent to hospital for treatment.
