QUETTA: The Inspector General of Police, Balochistan, Muhammad Tahir, has said that Balochistan police will continue to take effective measures against terrorism and crimes to protect the lives and property of the people.

He stated this while visiting homes of CTD personnel who were martyred during an operation against terrorists in Noshar area, a locality on the outskirts of Quetta city, a few days ago.

He offered fateha and condoled with family members.

DIG Quetta Imran Shaukat and other officers accompanied the IGP during the visit. IGP Tahir said that sacrifices of police martyrs will not go in vain, and “it is our responsibility to provide all possible facilities to family members of the martyrs”.
