‘Human trafficker’ arrested

TOBA TEK SINGH: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested a proclaimed offender in a human trafficking case from the locality of Jameel Park in the Ghulam Muhammadabad area of Faisalabad.

FIA SHO Ajmal Hussain informed that accused Malik Muhammad Akbar had received Rs850,000 and USD 500 for sending complainant Muhammad Nadeem Tufail to Japan for work.

For the visa process, Tufail was sent to Cambodia where he stayed for three months and finally returned to Pakistan after the accused failed to fulfill his commitment.
