Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Shafqat Ali Khan, called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar on the sidelines of the Regional Envoys’ Conference in Islamabad, the Foreign Office (FO) says.
According to the FO, Dar emphasised the need to further expand “cooperation” between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates across diverse fields and to strengthen bilateral relations.
He also highlighted the “positive role of the Pakistani community in the UAE” and directed that their welfare be further facilitated, while promoting stronger people-to-people linkages between the two countries, the FO said.
